Nisai Education Trust

The Nisai Education Trust  https://www.nisai.com/

The Nisai Group was founded in 1996 and exists to provide high quality education to all learners regardless of ability, characteristics, background, location and gender identity.

We believe that everyone has equal value and should have access to high quality education around the world. It is our mission to give traditional and non-traditional learners the skills to flourish through innovative education and by influencing positive institutional change. We provide a friendly, supportive learning community and offer our students incredible opportunities. In essence, we support learners from Key Stages 1 to 5 and help create pathways to further education and employment through personalised learning.

Our goal is to ensure that every student can complete their education and gain accredited academic and vocational qualifications within Functional Skills, GCSEs and A Levels.

Our support also covers:

  • Personalised Learning Support Plan (PLSP) – Additional support for students in lessons, help with assignments, or need behavioural or emotional support
  • Units of Sound – A literacy intervention tool that supports anyone with low levels of literacy by providing credible, affordable interventions for ages eight and above.

Our experience supports learners with various SEND barriers including: Asperger’s Syndrome, Autism, Dyslexia, Global Delay and Moderate Learning Difficulties. With many SEND learners being in possession of an EHCP, we can support them to achieve their educational ambitions.

At Nisai, we timetable our learners at their current working level rather than their age. This enables them to study alongside learners who may be older and at a higher maturity level than they are. Coupled with well-paced, interactive lessons, this creates the ideal working environment for HLP and DME learners.

As a group, we been OFSTED inspected three times – proving that we are a truly quality assured provider of education.
